LAND AUCTION – 06/14/2017

This Class A soils, 279.32 Acre+/- Western Illinois farm will be auctioned on June 14th at 10:00 am at the St. Patrick Community Center, rural Raritan, IL.  This is approximately 1 mile east and 1 mile south of the property.  The farm is located mainly along IL Route 116, 8 ½ mi. west of Roseville, and will be auctioned in 4 tracts using the choice & privilege method on the 3 mainly cropland tracts.  The 4th Tract will be auctioned separately.

Tract #1 is 80+/- total acres with no buildings. Tract #2 is 75.65+/- acres. Tract #2 is improved with a two machinery sheds and 4 grain bins. Both Tracts are entirely Muscatune silt loam and Sable silt loam with a 146.2 weighted soil PI. Tract #3 is 80+/- acres with a small area of trees on the east side and ~76.15 tillable acres.  The soil PI is 145.  Tract #4 is a 43.67 acre+/- mixed use tract of hardwood timber and 18.9 acres of cropland with a 130 soil PI.   Tract #4 is surveyed.
