Keith earned his AFM in 1993, and a B.S. in agribusiness management from Illinois State University in 1983. He is a licensed Illinois managing real estate broker. Prior to joining this organization in the late 1980s, Keith was a regional agronomist for Herrin Ltd. Because of his background and interest, Keith has a particular depth of knowledge and expertise in agronomy and crop production.

Tom, AFM, received his B.S. in general agriculture from Southern Illinois University in 1981, and later an M.S. degree in agribusiness economics. He is licensed for Illinois real estate sales and brokerage. After 14 years with in the Peoria office, Tom relocated to the Springfield office in 1998. Tom is widely known for his experience and analysis in all aspects of farm management. Tom serves on the Government Affairs committee for the Illinois Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
