Steve, a 1972 graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in agricultural education, is licensed for real estate sales and brokerage in Illinois and Indiana. He has served this organization and predecessors in farm management for more than 25 years, including experience in agribusiness and farm lending. Steve also has practical experience in farming, and in fertilizer sales and service. Steve oversees all farm real estate activities in northern Illinois as manager of Ag Services’ regional Kankakee office location.

John graduated from the University of Illinois in 1975, has his AFM designation, and is a licensed Illinois real estate managing broker. Before joining this organization’s predecessor bank in 1986, John farmed and ran "Strawberry Fields", a U-pick produce operation. Prior to that experience he was a vocational agriculture teacher. John also has work experience in the production of blueberries and Christmas trees. John is experienced in providing broker price opinions and farmland market analysis.

Jaret graduated from Purdue University in 2007 with a degree in Agricultural Systems Management and minors in Agribusiness Management and Animal Science. He has experience in agricultural and commercial banking from another national banking organization in Indiana and is a licenced Illinois Real Estate Broker. Jaret was raised on a family farm operation near Rushville and had 4-H and FFA livestock projects in beef and dairy cattle.

Don has overall management responsibility for the Ag Services business, including overseeing systems and staff that manage about 1,000 farm real estate properties in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and surrounding states. Ag Services manages approximately 250,000 acres of farmland, and performs real estate brokerage and other farmland appraisal and consultation services. Don also serves in senior management of Soy Capital Bank & Trust Company, Ag Services’ affiliated community bank. Don has broad experience in banking, lending and finance, business strategic planning, and financial planning, as well as in related agricultural business. Don earned his AFM designation in 1975, and degrees at the University of Illinois – B.S., 1969, in agricultural economics and communication, and MBA, 1977, in the College of Commerce and Business. Don holds an Illinois real estate license and has worked for Soy Capital and its predecessors in commercial and agricultural lending and real estate management since 1970.
