General Valuation Methods and Trend Reports

University of Illinois Farmland Value Index
The University of Illinois offers an index to Farmland values in Illinois. If your farm was appraised or sold between the years of 1912 - 2009, you can use that value and these numbers to calculate an approximate value of your farm.
